Kissing, hugging and happiness?
Recently read a blog wherein a non-clinical study on the quantity of hugging in our lives revealed that this activity can increase our happiness. I’ll bet that kissing has a similar effect.
The more touch we have in our lives, the happier we feel. And that includes kissing: But there’s another reason to express affection. ”We think we act because of the way we feel, but often, we feel because of the way we act. By acting in a loving way, you prompt loving feelings in yourself. It’s much harder to be angry or annoyed with someone when you’re kissing or hugging or touching.” Gretchen Rubin, author of The Happiness Project
This is just one more reason to keep on kissing. Not that you needed another one.
